Honest-LIFE SAVER!!

On a Sunday afternoon while enjoy the day with my kiddo (and trying to squeeze in some work) I get an unassuming email about my upcoming yearly insurance premium to be withdrawn from my account: of $13570! At first I thought it was a typo and as it was a Sunday I called Customer service and asked them to politely fix it so as to not face a catastrophe on Monday, only to find out it was not a mistake and it would indeed be held up. What was I going to do? I was in a state of shock.

I will never be able to fully explain the relief after I received the email for Derek ON A SUNDAY, that he would be there to help me. Prior to writing to him I was in a state of stress that was so palpable I could see my hands shaking, not knowing how I was going to fix this. Then I remembered that I had someone with much more knowledge that could help, and he wrote back immediately! As soon as I saw that email, even if I would not have a solution right away I felt more at ease because I knew I would get an answer and I did. I really will not ever be able to thank Derek enough! This is the second time Derek has saved my insurance and I will recommend him to anybody!
