Not much has changed here but at the same time, things have. People are more approachable and even the customers are intelligent. It is awesome to be able to walk into a facility like a BMW dealership and not feel awkward. The staff is very professional and yet has a great human side that speaks. I am the same as you and you are the same as me. In overall observation this is a nice place to visit.

Service is great here! Ms. Taylor Hawkins was awesome she was very attentive to my BMW Factory recall and had my car in and out and under the time promised. Taylor is very knowledgeable and very professional and she was very accommodating with my needs when my car was in service. She fully kept me updated on the vehicle and status of what was going to be done and was very accommodating with getting me a rental car loaner when I needed it I will recommend this place to all my friends and family whenever they need service or sales at Valencia BMW five stars.
