(May 22, 2022, 11:01 pm)Most of the Wendy's they make the best food and top notch service. A small percent of the Wendy's shouldn't be open. The one on Central and West in Wichita falls in to this category. The manager is rude and refuses to give you good service. I'm sure his attitude reflex this in his employes. Place needs a good cleaning and an attitude adjustment. Upper management needs to look in to this place hard.

(November 11, 2021, 10:55 am)Hadn't eaten at this Wendy's since it was remodeled. We stopped in this morning for breakfast and had a very nice experience. The young lady at the counter was very nice and welcomed us as we came to the counter. Lots of pleases and thank yous, which can be rare these days. Food was fresh and good (hadn't tried Wendy's breakfast before) and they handled my wife's special request really well.
