Kevin managed the service process in a quick, friendly, and efficient manner. He was very helpful and proactively showed me some things on my service account that I was not aware of. My questions were addressed and the car taken care of with no problems. Five stars!

Service was great and thorough! Rod was our Service Member who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He kept us informed throughout the day with texts, costs and exact pick up time which we truly appreciated. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently and would recommend.

They are very nice, but it seems like they really don’t care too much to help. I pointed to my windshield and the rock that hit it two days before. “ oh my” he said- that’s it? I did have some other questions but never had the time to ask. I am not sure what to do if I have a major problem. Robins Ford gives great service maybe I will see if they can take care of my Lincoln. I bought many of my Navigators from Costa Mesa. They gave great service and they cares. Thank you for asking.

Such great service these the guys here, especially David at the collision center. He was great at responding in a timely manner and was very patient with me. He guided me down the entire process and made sure I understood everything. 10/10 recommend!

Rod is my service representative who always receives me with a warm and inviting “welcome smile”. He and the staff are professional, exceptionally thorough in checking all of my concerns about my car, very informative in explaining what’s what appeasing my concerns. Thank you for the great service. Back again for general maintenance during the pandemic and again the service was OUTSTANDING, very professional and exceptionally thorough. I truly feel welcomed and surrounded by professionals who “sincerely care” about providing the best customer and mechanical” service!!!!
