Dr. Aaron Bates was calm, welcoming, and approachable. He took time to listen about the nature of my knee injury, and even made jokes. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and did it all with a (dry) sense of humor. He's getting Four Stars, because I feel he should have knocked me out before he dig that needle inside my knee.
