Toby is absolutely amazing! She cared for my son for many years in his formative years and I credit that to so much of his success through grade school and into high school. Toby was always caring, encouraging and so very knowledgable. My son looked forward to his visits and work with her. She is amongst the very best in the industry. Toby visits the home where I am a child’s caregiver, weekly. She is extremely knowledgeable yet incredibly relatable. (I’ve seen such growth and development in this young man!) She is an excellent resource for me, also. I, routinely, bombard her with questions; her insight leads to answers that are always helpful and enlightening for me and the family.
