Prime Barbecue

This place is 5 stars in every way! The location is quaint, the atmosphere is modern yet welcoming, and the food is utterly amazing! You will thoroughly enjoy anything you order from the menu. The walls are full of references to print and programming that feature the restaurant and its owner. There's even merchandise available for purchase. One of my favorite features was the unique soda fountain!

What a great experience we had at Prime Barbecue today. HIGHLY recommended and a must visit if you are in the area. The food itself is incredible. Then add in the great location, atmosphere and friendly service which complements the award winning bbq. Also make sure to say hello to Chris, the owner, who has a great story and offers free pit tours. I will most definitely return for more. Thank you!!!!

I don't know how I did not know about Prime Barbecue. I just found this place and the food is amazing. The young men that took my order were so helpful and nice. I can wait to go back and bring my family and friends.

The most genuine BBQ in the heart of Knightdale. Chris three owner is a BBQ champion and author of a great cookbook. You will always find him walking around checking on his customers and loves to chat and is even willing to help with your home BBQ questions. Indoor and outdoor seating is plentiful.

While the BBQ is the star of the show. The employees share top billing. Everyone if them is friendly, helpful and always ready to help.

In this case you get what you pay for. It's not cheap but it's a good value because of quality, service and people.
