AFC Urgent Care Garden City

AFC Urgent Care in Garden City was so efficient for first time check-in and treated everyone with respect. Their young staff at the front desk were polite and quick. My MA Brian also very caring and explained all procedures clearly to me. The PA Rochelle was also great - all staff seemed so spot on. Thank you for a great visit!

Loooooooooooooong wait!! Staff seemed green as well. Plan to bring a book, sleeping bag, and a picnic meal if you go here.
***Update from last review! We had to return again for another round of tests and had a way different experience. Thanks so much for the reply to my review, and I am sure time of day, etc. plays a role. Staff was friendly, wait time much less, and the doc came in right away instead of having to wait two hours to see a provider. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Abi was so friendly and did an incredible job. Very informative, quick, and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place because they are so friendly and make it easy to go to the doctor

Our company needed to test our entire staff of six people as quickly as possible and Mareesa helped us coordinate that quickly and efficiently. No long waits, no issues with insurance. It made what could have been a very frustrating process quite simple.
