(January 9, 2018, 2:19 am)I think the key is to find the right hair stylist for you in any salon. My experience with the owner Rochell was phenomenal! First of all I will say that after being given a groupon as a gift to this salon, I was very skeptical because of their mixed reviews. But when I called to inquire the woman who answered gave me a phone consultation which lift me feeling more comfortable and willing to try them out. On the day of my appointment I went in for a keratin treatment and was very happy to find out the same person over the phone was the same stylist who would be doing my hair that day. I got the keratin, which she was very knowledgeable about but I also got honest recommendations on what looks good on me and what to do about my breakage at home. In the end I got one of the best haircuts I have ever had to go with my treatment and went back a couple months later for some hair extensions. WHICH I FREAKIN' LOVE!
