Spring Studio Pilates

Spring Studio Pilates provides fantastic classes. Each class I learn something new or get challenged with a new concept. The studio is very professional, clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this studio and all of the instructors are+ professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I did the class with Jackie and she tailored the workout to my level. She was very good at working with each person in the class to customize the workout. I was new, but quickly learned how to use the reformer and it was a great workout. She pushed me just enough to get the most out of it. The place is spotless. They also have good music to inspire you and Jackie will make you work!! I highly recommend Spring for a great way to work your core and hit your cardio at the same time.

Spring Studio is by far the best Pilates studio in Orland Park. Small intimate setting that is clean and has the best reformers on the market. It helped me with my strength and flexibility. I have hip issues and an hour on the reformer makes me feel better than I have in years. Jackie is the best as she can take beginners and veterans and not make you feel lost in a class. I swear by Studio Pilates and wish I had done this years ago. Thanks again Jackie for making me feel better than I have in years!!

Spring Studio is wonderful. The instructors are well trained and excellent communicators. Their personalized attention and attention to detail results in a fantastic workouts. After my last workout with Kate, I felt strong, balanced, flexible, and in total control of my body. I look forward my next workout with her, and recommend Spring Studio.

Spring Pilates Studio is beautiful and the owner Lauren is amazing!!. Her knowledge of Pilates and Barre is very impressive. I have struggled for many years with serious back issues and leg pain. I started going to class once a week. After realizing the benefits, and seeing changes in my body (and actually developing some core strength) I am now going two days a week and attend Saturday morning Barre. My goal is to eventually attend three days a week. .Lauren embodies what a teacher should be and makes us all feel so good about ourselves. I have made new friends in class and even though I drive thirty minutes to get there, I am always looking forward to going and being the best I can be. Pilates and Lauren have changed my life!
