  Cake Design by Joanna Clarke design made me the most beautiful cake I have ever had the pleasure of eating, a really decadent and exquisite praline gateau. It had salted caramel and French buttercream, perfect flavour combinations.

  Joanna recently made the cake for my friends vintage wedding. The decoration was intricate and exactly what the bride had envisioned. It was a stunning centrepiece that fitted beautifully with the theme of the wedding.
  The cake also needed to be gluten free due to allergies amongst the guests. The cake tasted amazing and none of the guests could tell that it was a gluten free cake. Everyone remarked on how great that cake looked and tasted.

  Joanna is a true professional, her sugar work is exquisite and her cakes taste absolutely amazing. I have been fortunate enough to hire her services for both my brothers birthday and my friends baby shower. When I get married I won't use anyone else. She's a very talented lady and her cakes are to die for!xxx

  Jo made a surprise birthday cake with chocolate ganache and multiple layers of gorgeous sponge. It was simply delicious and made a wonderful birthday even more enjoyable. Thank you Jo!

  The cake Joanna created for our wedding was absolutely out of this world! She took on board all my wishes and came up with something simply stunning. The sugar flowers which matched those of my bouquet were beautifully detailed and looked very realistic. The cake not only looked beautiful but tasted amazing, we had so many compliments from all our guests. I can't recommend Joanna highly enough!
