Valley View 55+ Active Community

I love living here. I’ve lived at apartments that were bigger and cost less, but the customer service was Horrible and we had so many problems with the apartment and communication with management. But with Valley View at WellTower they do care and they do their very best to ensure things go well with your stay. The reason why I chose 4 is because all apartments have their issues and no apartment is perfect. However, at Valley View at WellTower, they do care and they do their very best to ensure things go well with your stay. The reason why I chose 4 for them is because I like the customer service and the staff is so nice. Teresa, goes above and beyond to help as well as Yasmin. We have a little trouble with getting in contact with them at times, but I believe that’s mainly because of COVID-19 and them being so busy. But overall I love it here and As far as I’m concerned I can stay here forever. Thank you Yasmin and Teresa for everything!

Teresa was extremely helpful and professional in our transactions. I am a new widow and she treated me with great regard and respect. I appreciate her giving me quality time and effort in securing an apartment.

I wish I would of, signed a longer lease. I love living at this complex. The employee's, that work in the office are very professional, helpful and nice. They have always answered any questions, I have had.
This is very important, when deciding on an apartment to rent. I love the fact that they, kept grass landscaping. Everyone that comes to my place, always comments on how nice the landscaping is, at this complex. Please keep the grass and greenery, it makes you feel at home.
Also the maintenance employee's are very nice and helpful. I had them put a screen door on my apartment, and they did an excellent job, installing it. It looks very nice......And weather permitting, I will get a lot, of use from it.

I am going on 20 years living at this portfolio. Don't get me wrong a lot of things have changed with different management but Attiva is in the running of a good management team. The maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! Our Activities Manager does a wonderful job for all of us and you can tell that she cares and enjoys what she does. The office staff is very friendly and always greets us in a friendly manner. I would refer to as many friends as I can, its a great place to call home!
