The caretaker that they selected has been with my mom since then and has established a very personal and caring relationship with her. My mother's quality of life is greatly improved and we can depend on both the caretaker and Comfort Care to put her best interest as a priority. They communicate well and respond to inquiries and requests for special assistance promptly. We have been most pleased with our association with Comfort Care and the care that they have provided for my mom. I would also add that Comfort Care was very knowledgeable about LTC policies and procedures which was most helpful in the beginning as we were trying to navigate the system and take advantage of the fact that my mom had an LTC policy in effect that could help with some of the expenses of her care going forward.
