Jeremy was the Verizon rep who helped us with our purchase. We went to the Apex Verizon location. We were there for a business phone upgrade. He helped us select a phone that would compliment our business. I was the one who received the phone and I have been very happy with the functions of the iPhone 11. Jeremy was a pleasure to meet. Jeremy assisted me at the Apex Store. He is what I am reviewing as all my interaction was with him. He was exceptional. Knowledgeable, patient and kind. He knows your products and plans and I chose iPhone 11 though I planned to get the SE. I decided the screen was too small.
