Romano Floors

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience dealing with a home improvement vendor. We had vinyl tile replaced in our lower level. They were honest about what was realistic for our space and worked to help us find materials we liked that also worked for the area. The installation process was great- Jimmy and crew were punctual, tidy, professional, and very considerate of our home.
The finished flooring exceeded our expectations. I appreciate the personal and friendly care we received. We could not be happier with the end result and will be using Romano again for future flooring needs.

Every aspect of Romano was great. From Carl providing a measurement and carpet samples, to Lisa's excellent customer service, to BJ's perfect installation. I would definitely use Romano again and would highly recommend them. Very fair pricing too.

Great experience from start to finish. Lisa was very flexible and met with us on a Saturday, she was very knowledgeable on the flooring and was able to get the products delivered and installed in a quick timeframe. The installers arrived when they were scheduled, they were very polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They even went above and beyond on some really intricate cuts in the floor around a railing. The floors look so good, we could not be happier. The price was really good also!!!!

All around working with Romano Floors was an excellent experience. Each person who we worked with was not only skilled in what they do but kind as well. Lisa was wonderful to work with. We wanted to match the existing vinyl flooring in our home; however, the color vinyl planks we wanted were discontinued. She was able to track down enough product to complete the job we wanted. We were so thrilled! Since the product was discontinued Lisa had to find a transition piece that would match well. Her work is flawless, you can not tell that the transition pieces are a different color. The installers were wonderful too as they asked questions to make sure everything was done to our liking and they were all around great people to have in our home. They even sanded the quarter round near our stone fireplace for the best fit possible. Wonderful experience and would use again.
