On Saturday September 12th, my husband and I were trying to help a friend mitigate a problem she had at this facility(her issue not an issue with facility) because she was out of town. Nicole helped us over and beyond what we had expected. She helped us with every aspect of our friend's issue. She did this with so much positivity and niceness. Wonderful staff with Nicole and Sam taking great care of our items for 29 years. We never had any problems and knew our things were safe and well cared for. Hire more folks like these two top quality employees and give them great bonuses!
