The entire experience with BMW of Mountain View was easy and enjoyable. From the first call to book an appointment, to driving off the lot with my new vehicle, the team was professional and client focused. I bought my first car ever here. The sales person was amazing, he patiently answered all the questions we had and gave us a pretty good deal considering the prices in the market right now. They have good inventory too. Our finance guy was also good, he explained everything in detail about financing options and the add on services. I'm very happy with my new car! Thanks again!

Excellent experience at BMW Mountain View. Luckily had Marc as my advisor again. He was very nice and professional. He quickly helped me to set up the maintenance service to change engine oil and brake fluid. And he also helped arrange shuttle service to send me home. The service completed in about 3 hours, and it's faster than expected, and everything worked perfect. Thanks Marc for the great service.

I would recommend to go see Adam at BMW of Mountain View. He is great sales person. My wife and I felt comfortable buying from him without any pressure. Adam provided two different models of vehicles because my wife was not sure which one she wanted to drive. All this on the busiest sale day (Saturday). Thank you Adam.
We drove 16 miles to this dealership because of the great deals they had. Plus, the dealership has a huge selection. Thank you BMW of Mountain View.

Every visit is a great experience with BMW of Mountain View service department! Wayne C. Has been my service advisor for the past several visits/years. He has been extremely accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. He provides exceptional customer service and assures that my vehicle receives the highest quality services in the most efficient amount of time. I sincerely appreciate the entire service team for their attention to detail and professionalism. The added bonus is that each and every time my car is returned to me, it is cleaner than when I dropped it off (disinfected and all!).
