The manager and assistant manager are very nice, direct and willing to work with you on dates for reserving a unit. They seem very honest as well. The unit is really clean as well.

Amy was AMAZING! She took the time with me showing the various units available, and walked me through the process of renting these immaculate units. I ended up renting two! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She alleviated a great deal of stress for me as I haven’t moved in over 12 years. I highly recommend Amy and the facility.

Justine and Amy made renting storage units so easy for us during a difficult family move. They were over the top helpful and thoughtful in seeing that everything went smoothly even over a holiday weekend. Thank you for making a difficult stressful time much easier. My father is thrilled to know the things he could make a decision about are stored safely near by.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend especially if you need to get a storage unit same day. Staff members are very informative and will do everything in their power to provide the best customer service possible. The office is clean and the storage units are nice as well. I don’t have any issues with Storage King whatsoever. 10/10

Of the many storage facilities I have used in four different states, I have found the Aurora facility to be the best. The manager, Justine, is professional, helpful, and available. She is knowledgeable about her units and availability. If she is in the office she always answers the phone and/or door and if not, she is quick to return calls. She has a sense of urgency and can respond to clients' "asap" requests efficiently and pleasantly.
