AFD is a clinic that provides a "home" for all patients. Whether it is an annual physical, a walk-in, or even a monthly appointment for weight loss, AFD will be able to support you in your needs. Dr. Sam and his staff truly care about the whole of every patient and it is apparent at each visit. It has been an exceptional experience to not only have this location as a learning experience but to have the privilege of building relationships with the patients here as an FNP intern. I am thankful to have been a part of the pursuit of happy and healthy.

Dr. Sam goes above and beyond!! I have been super sick this week and and was treated horribly by another doctor at an urgent care facility. As soon as I left urgent care, I scheduled a televisit with Dr. Sam. Not only was he beyond helpful, his student was too. She recently had Covid, and had numerous tips to share. After my appointment, Dr. Sam sent a follow up email with even more information that helped me. As my symptoms changed, I was able to schedule another televisit, so he could address my new concerns. In a time with so much craziness and uncertainty, I am very grateful to have access to televisits with AFD!!

Dr Sam and his staff at AFD provides quality service that is kind, helpful and that improves your overall health. I recently had a major health issue that Dr Sam and staff provided excellent treatment both for the health issue as well as customer service and care I don’t usually do reviews however your choice of a Dr and clinic is one of the most important decisions. AFD and Dr Sam have my highest respect and I recommend them if you want superior healthcare along with a kind and caring physician and team
