This is an AMAZING company. We were first impressed with how easy and convenient they made viewing the home. Our paperwork & move in process was wonderful to say the least.
We recently went out of town & came home to the fridge & freezer not working. It seems it broke as soon as we left. We got home in the evening & got a response as soon as they opened the next morning. I was SO impressed with Marcelus especially. He worked diligently to try to find someone as soon as possible to fix/replace our system. He communicated with me & was extremely professional & personal! We live in a very quiet town and it can be hard to find what you need right away. The soonest a company could be out would be 12 days! He insisted on calling them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY to ask if there was an opening for someone to come out to me. We are now getting a new fridge must sooner than expected.
100% recommend working with this amazing group of people if you get the opportunity.
