Why is it so difficult to get a call back for a new patient appointment? My doctor referred me to you last Wednesday at 11AM. You’re voicemail says you will return the call in 24-72 hours. I left one message because you also say do not leave more than one. I found out last Wednesday that I possibly have cancer and the anxiety level is through the roof just waiting to get an appointment. Can someone please help me??

How do I Rate this place with a very Professional Dr. Clark S. Jean ?
Only thing I can say, he is outstanding. For an old 70 yr. old Veteran like me, I can honestly say he is the best, warmest Dr. I have ever encountered.
And his assistant Crystal, she is a must. The nicest and the most amazing personality you will ever have the pleasure. I thank them very much.
This is the only place to go. God Bless everyone who has the opportunity to be treated at this facility.

I been a patient for over 10 years. Started with Dr. Shopnick (the best Dr.) Now I see Nurse Practitioner Shelly Miles she is great she listens to what I have to say. My appointments are not delayed unless a emergency comes up. I have no problems with anything the staff is very friendly. And yes the phones take awhile and that's because I feel everyone calls back to back instead of leaving messages. The front is trying to get everyone professional attention.
