Best customer service. I was eavesdropping on the customer and the cashier next to me when I was checking out. And the customer had no receipt, no box, shoes were clearly used and she had the audacity to try and return her item/ receive store credit. She said that wearing the shoes hurt. She clearly walked around in them and used it for a day or two. The bottom of the shoes were so dirty. The cashier was so polite and nice to the customer. I know that I would’ve been so mad if I were the cashier but she kept her cool and did everything right of what good customer service should be. Applause to you! And glad that you have great workers at this store.

First time visited this store. Huge collection of shoes in different brands with a good amount of items in clearance too. The parking is vast, store is also huge. Everything is newtly arranged.. As always I had issue finding the wide shoes for my husband since there were limited options. The regular sizes were a Iot.

Designer Shoe warehouse is a large warehouse of assorted branded and designer shoes. Parking is big and you wont have a problem finding a slot.
Prices are usually srp or regular prices, but You can also get a good discount on your second purchase when you become a member.

I make a point of stopping off at DSW, no matter what city I am in. Designer Shoe Wherehouse is like Disneyland for Adults! However, the San Jose location is something special. It's so big!! So many designers, so many HEELS, accessories and sales items. Sam Edelman, Chinese Laundry, Jessica Simpson (just her shoes please, LOL), Betsy Johnson, DKNY and SO much more! I used a gift card that I had received for Christmas and TRIED to use my $5 birthday card. But it has expired?!! How you going do me like that?! I didn't even get it in the mail until the month was half over. Oh Well. I'll be back. I need to get to an even 60 pairs!

Got my Chihuahua her 3 year rabies shot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small office, one room but very pleasant experience.
