Pretty Awesome first visit here a few weeks back! Jon helped me pick out the perfect set of tired for my 2012 BMW X6. I walked in knowing nothing about tires, and left with a ton of knowledge as Jon thought it was important for me to understand where my investments were going. he chatted with me and showed me the difference between "All-weather tires," "all-season tires," and "winter tires". Coming from a state where I typically do not have to worry about driving in inclement weather, it was important for me to get the right set of wheels for my car.
I was being updated via text message, every step of the way while my vehicle was being serviced. I really appreciated the quick responses, and detailed messages during it all.
My car definitely drives a lot smoother than it did when I bought it in. I guess that's what good tires do. Haha!

Westside has been doing work on our fleet vehicles for Northern Roots Lawn Care for years. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else. They are always prompt, a pleasure to work with and pricing is great. They have always been willing and able to get a tire patched quickly in an emergency situation and their turn around on new tires is as fast as can be expected. Don't bother shopping around.
