Wonderful Home Care company to work for. Extremely helpful and caring office staff, nurses and therapists really care about their clients/patients, and it shows. The owner always takes time to greet you, shake your hand and ask if you need anything. I would highly recommend working for Choice One as they have helped me grow as a clinician. Being an employee for this company has been a rewarding experience; I couldnt imagine working for anyone else, they truly make you feel like family.

My mom received Skilled Nursing services from Choice One home care after a cancer diagnosis and surgery. It was a scary time for my elderly parents and I will be forever grateful for the compassionate care that she received. I would not hesitate to trust these professionals with the care of my loved ones, they are simply the best!

Would not go anywhere else! The staff is wonderful! All of them help from nursing to the sweets office staff. They work together and do whatever it takes for the patient. They truly care and make you feel completely comfortable with the compassionate care. Very trustworthy. They truly love there patients

Received physical therapy services after rehab from hip replacement. Was stuck at home due to restrictions and couldn't drive but needed continuation of therapy services. My physician found a home care that accepted my insurance. The therapist that came to my home was very willing to work with my busy schedule full of other physician appointments. She was always punctual and called ahead of time to remind me of my appointments. (much appreciated, I can be kind of forgetful with my hectic schedule) She took note of the goals I wanted to achieve and worked with my goals and the goals my doctor had set for me. Overall, very pleased with the care I received and would recommend agency to others looking for in-home therapy services.
