Wow! Excellent service here! I needed service on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They got me in within a couple of days. I had previously purchased an extended warranty. They handled everything expertly! There was a component that did not come up as covered under the warranty. Brandon dug in and went the extra mile to get the part covered. This was the best dealer service I have ever had. Would recommend them to anyone. You often hear negative reviews regarding automotive service. This was wonderful! Bravo Fury Motors!!!!

We worked with Jenn and she is amazing. As usual we were treated like family. Jenn took time to find exactly what we wanted and took time to explain all the included options. The entire process was simply amazing. And we didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. We were in and out in about 2hrs on a Saturday. My sister recently purchased a car here, I thought this would be a dreadful and long experience but thanks to Josue Cazares it was fast and actually very entertaining. Although he seemed young, he offered the best deals and is so experienced and serious about his job, he goes straight to the point and doesn’t play games. His services were very much appreciated and he’s bilingual and speaks very fluently which made the experience a little easier, overall I do recommend him in particular you won’t be disappointed! The customer service here is fast and easy, I strongly think I will purchase a car here. He took her ideas and budget into strong consideration to yet again better her experience, he’s very honest and at any and all time’s would answer my questions. He was in no way forcing or pushing my sister to make a decision or to purchase a car (like many salesmen), he has a strong willingness and he clearly cares about his customers and their experiences.
