Xpert Restoration of Cleveland

I had a major sewer backup in my basement and of course it was during a time when multiple cities had the same. I was worried that I would not be able to find someone to even come out! Xpert Restoration came out the next day and as soon as I approved the job they got to work. They worked well into the early morning and then came back when we had to have a plumber to come out! They found a lot of problems that if I had done the work myself, I would have not found and could have caused health problems. They left their equipment to finish the job and returned to pick up and take everything to my tree lawn for the garbage guys! Excellent and professional! I only remember one name Crystal she was amazing and the other guys were great too!

Andre and Senior were prompt and professional. They were quick to arrive and help us with the situation in our home. Next time anyone we know has a problem, we will be quick to recommend Andre and Gary at Xpert Restoration!

Said they would arrive in under 90 minutes- it took over three hours due to all the issues everyone was having BUT they were the only company that could even get out that day. Got right to work, quick cleanup and made it easy to work through insurance! Workers were very professional and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great communication.

Gary crew did an amazing job drying out my flooded basement after the city's sewer system backed up. He was extremely professional and was at our house in 30 minutes from the time I called. Highly recommended.
