The owner is super professional, communicative and solutions-focused. Customer service is top-notch. TNS coordinated repair for my vehicle with my insurance company and rental car company. Most of the repair process didn't involve me which made the process stress free. My car was repaired in record time and the workmanship is of high quality. The owner is also very fair with pricing. Will be coming here again for any future repair needs.

I chose TNS to fix my car after I was involved in an accident. TNS did an EXCELLENT job on my car and looks brand new. I had to have the back bumper, lift gate, and muffler replaced. Jason at TNS was very professional and kept me informed about the status of my car through the entire process. He also arranged rental pickup and drop off for me. This company has been there for a long while, originated in Brooklyn, now they have a branch office in Staten Island. Through the years, I had my car fixed in the Brooklyn office, they always did a good job, and the price was fair. This is the first time I tried the new location in Staten Island, the place is big and clean, well maintained.  I sent my car in during the holiday season, worried they may delay the work.  Surprisingly they finished the work ahead of promised time, the job is well done as usual. This is the company I've been using for over 20 years, I strongly recommend this company!

Very professional people. I used them 2nd time because my car was hit again(this time rear ended). So i came back to TNS of Staten Island. They kept me up to date with the progress of work, good quality painting, and well done body work. I also have to say their prices are also the lowest because when i had to get the estimates for repairs first time i got an estimate from 4 body shops, guess what!!! they gave me the lowest price! They really work with their customers. Highly recommended!!!
