Reserve Bartram Springs

This neighborhood is so safe and quiet. Beautiful apartments that are spacious and you feel right at home. I cant recommend this community enough!

Dawn is a beautiful woman and she is so attentive and understanding. I am grateful to her! She’s the most understanding person I know. I love living here because of her. Since the very first day of calling this property she calmed me down as a single mother and guided me on what to do. She reassured me the area is nice and that it’s a great place for myself and kids she was so right!! I moved here sight unseen and was NOT disappointed. Dawn I love you thank you for all that you do. In regards to the actual apartments I do believe that there is a little bit more work to be done and yes there might be a pest control issue but I do think that they are doing the best that they can to get it under control. I do believe that a lot more work can be done inside of the actual apartment in regards to little finishes but again I believe they are doing the absolute best that they can seeing how responsive they are.But I truly wanted to leave a review for Dawn because she is such a beautiful soul and I think that should be recognized and Pointed out
