once I found out why I was having the skin sensations on my upper back, i decided to give Nathan's plan a try. I wish I could do the workout every day, but he has given me exercises I can do on my own. You think you are not really working out, until the sweat rolls off and you realize you are making a difference in posture, skin numbness and back strength. Regardless of other workout or cardio plans you follow, this program can be tailored to work on your specific needs. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I attended a workshop in December to learn more about pain management. I was dealing with an inflamed elbow like tennis elbow that developed after a repetitive motion for several hours one day. After learning how to release tense areas I was feeling some relief. I set up some sessions with Nathan and he incorporated some upper arm/shoulder techniques. I am feeling more relief in my elbow and last week I had a couple of pain free days, which I haven't had since the end of November. At the end of November I couldn't even pick up a dinner plate without pain shooting in my arm. Today I can pick up 10-15 lbs. and the little amount of pain I have is tolerable. Looking forward to continuing my sessions and getting to those pain free days.

Nathan has helped me with my posture so much, I no longer have lower back pain throughout the day! He is very knowledgeable about how the body works and makes it very easy to understand.
