Marin Home Care has provided my mother with a truly wonderful, dedicated caregiver. This has been especially important since we have been able to have only minimal in-person contact due to COVID restrictions.

I’m hopefully a bit younger than most patients, had a challenge with Cancer, they were there for me day or night and made sure I was ok. Thank to the team at Marin Home Care, I had peace of mind, priceless.

Words cannot possibly describe our experience with Marin Home Care's Caroline, Jessica, Jean, Irma and Ana's x 2. Having absolutely zero experience hiring caregivers, I was referred to Caroline by a Case Manager from MarinHealth Medical Center.

Following individual "Meet and Greets"(a smart protocol) to determine if the fit was ideal with my dear 89 year old friend who was bedridden for 7+ weeks and recently passed, every caregiver mentioned above provided the highest quality of 24/7 care a anxious and concerned loved one could possibly expect.

Their supportive, kind, empathetic, attentive and thorough care was unparalleled! In addition to top notch care, they kept daily records and kept my friends home impeccably organized and clean. It became clear Marin Home Care is a well organized professional caregiving organization.

Additionally, if a particular caregiver was out, or not a good fit (1 only) for my friend, Caroline and Jessica immediately found a suitable substitute caregiver in an expeditious manner, relieving a tremendous amount of stress.

For those of you faced with the daunting and overwhelming task of arranging 24/7 caregivers for your loved one, do your homework in advance, make certain your caregivers are comfortable and have everything they need in their space (happy caregivers = excellent caregiving) - you will be thankful you did!

We are truly thankful to Caroline, Laura and the great care giving team at Marin Home Care. They have been providing excellent care for my 95 year old father since early 2019. As a family, we were very concerned for my father staying in his home due to his age and being alone after my Mom passed. With the guidance and help from Caroline and her team, they were able to quickly match the right caregivers to my dad. We have been impressed with the overall quality of the caregivers. It is evident they are well screened and trained prior to being placed in someone’s home.

After working with other Marin based agencies, there is no comparison in my opinion. Their level of professionalism, understanding and identifying client needs and personalities, effective ongoing communication, attention to detail, prompt responses, and last minute changes and requests continue to be handled with ease and compassion.

Marin Home Care did a great job for us. They were able to respond quickly when we needed help, and provided two caretakers which were a good match for our aunt. They have a great web platform which is useful for keeping family members informed. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
