I am very impressed with management especially Niell she is very professional and takes the time to address each of us with care. I have had two situations that she addressed and followed up to make sure I was satisfied! I am so happy that Morgan property employs staff that knows how to interact with tenants and not make us feel like we are bothering them! Niell thank you!

Riverside towers is a great place to live. I am staying in this apartment from the last one year. It has many amenities. Niell Mullins helped a lot in making the lease agreement and things easy here. She was very helpful in the application process. Thank you Riverside for the hospitality.

This is a great place to live. It has been 6 months since I stayed at this apartment. It has all kinds of amenities. The leasing office is really helpful and supportive. Niell Mullins provided tremendous support in making the lease agreement and things easy here. She was very helpful in the application process. Thank you so much Riverside!!

Niell Mullins; Leasing Specialist for Riverside Towers was so kind, helpful, professional and patient throughout my leasing process. Because of her I give the experience a five. I trust in her the apartment will be clean and that there will be no cockroaches nor mice nest behind any of the appliances. Thank you Neill for all of your assistance and professional courtesy. I have been living here for over a year and I have to say, this is a very nice building that comes with amenities. Most residents keep to themselves and the apartment is quiet. You feel safe and the front desk is welcoming. The only complaint I have is the elevators may not work from time to time
