New Dawn Memory Care

New Dawn Memory Care is a great place for your loved one , we have the upmost caring and compassionate staff, the staff get very involved with activities with the residents , and they truly make them feel like they can call this facility their home !

I’ve worked at new dawn for a while now, and honestly it’s the best. All the staff work very hard to take care of the residents here. It’s an amazing place, I’d suggest working here and if you need a place to put your loved ones this is the place!

New Dawn is amazing! If I ever had to put one of my family members in a home it would be New Dawn! Since I started working here I’ve seen that Their staff are one of the most nicest and caring people I have ever encountered and not just towards the residents but to fellow coworkers as well. I’ve had a wonderful time working for new dawn and plan on staying around I highly recommend New Dawn as your facility of choice!

I cannot say enough good things about New Dawn Memory Care! The staff are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. The management team is will to step in and help where needed and are caring to all the staff and residents. The food is delectable! Activity staff come up with fun and creative ideas to keep the residents engaged to their fullest potential. If you are looking for a dedicated memory care this is the place to be!

My wife was admitted to New Dawn Memory Care on Feb. 27, 2020 while I was in the Hospital. I have not been able to visit her due to the Corona Virus lock down but have had many telephone conversations with Nancy Britton, the Director as well as other members of their staff. They all are very pleasant and courteous to talk to and understand all my concerns and honor my requests.
Recently the Activity Director asked me to assist with my wife's digital tablet that she used for audio books as it was not charging properly. I was able to retrieve the unit and took it home to find the correct charger. Returned the next day with the correct charger and all is well with that.
My wife is receiving excellent care and I am satisfied with the reports I receive from New Dawn. I believe she is in a "good" place!
