These doctors, nurses, and staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and devote their time and attention to providing the patient with details of their condition and guidance in living a healthy life in the future. Also important, I have experienced no long wait times when visiting this facility. I highly recommend this team of doctors. They're wonderful.
Excellent work up by Dr. Ruiz for an abnormal mammogram finding. Attention was given to history, prior records, breast biopsy, and timely follow up exams and office visits. I received excellent care in the Elizabeth City office, Chesapeake Breast Center, and in the Outer Banks office as well.
Extremely nice and explained everything as he went along letting me watch what he was doing on the screen.
Received great care and thorough information from Dr. Ruiz. He instilled confidence in me regarding my future surgery.
I’m a very particular person and bedside manner means a lot to me and Dr. Ruiz is the best at that. He is the kindest and the most compassionate breast specialist I’ve ever met here in the area (I’ve seen about 4). He is very thorough and very detailed. He is always positive and hopeful. His staff (Amber and Megan at the Chesapeake regional hospital) are also very nice and helpful as well. Dr. Ruiz also speaks a little bit of Spanish. Highly recommend him!
