Chinchilla Amore

We got a chinchilla 2 months ago. After a few calls back and fourth we were able to find a good fit for my 10 yr old daughter. She wanted a pet that would be friendly and allow her to hold them. Chinchilla Amore fit us with a two year old.male named Cookie. He is the sweetest. He is everything that was promised and more. It was explained to me that the chinchillas were very social and handled daily. It made our experience a good one. She also.sent us home with supplies. Who does that?. She is very caring when it comes to her chinchillas that she adopts out. Thank you for being so helpful.

My experience with Trina getting my baby white mosaic chinchilla was WONDERFUL! She spent so much time handling him in preparation that he was sweet and tame by the time I got him, and let me cuddle with him right away. I have NEVER seen that before in the many chinchillas I have purchased. Trina is so conscientious and caring about her chinchillas and their new homes by making sure it will be a great fit. She is so knowledgeable and always available for questions.... her customer service is top notch! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a loving chinchilla with a great personality! :-)
Her home is also open to rescues, which helps a lot when a chinchilla has a difficult personality and needs a new home.

My wife and I got all three (soon to be four) of our chinchillas from Trina at Chinchilla Amore. She is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about chinchillas, and has been an amazing resource for my wife and I. All of our chins are happy, healthy, and sweet (and beautiful), and Trina has happily made herself available to us for all of our questions and needs. She also has plenty of high quality supplies and food which you can’t find in nearly any pet store. We highly recommend Trina for all of your chin needs. She cares deeply for these wonderful little critters and has become a great friend to us as well.

Trina is amazing. I got my white mosaic Theodore from her & we are the perfect match. I told her exactly what I wanted in a chinchilla and listed a few she thought would be best. I’ve had him for 2 months now & we’ve bonded so well already & Trina & I still talk daily. She continues to educate me & asks any questions I have no matter the time of day. If you want yourself a bundle of joy, Trinas chins are the way to go! :)

I was very happy with my experience at Chinchilla Amore! I found exactly what I was looking for in a Chinchilla! I was walked through the entire process and educated along the way. All of my questions were answered in a kind and professional manner. I was very pleased with the health of the Chinchillas and the standards that are kept to keep them all happy and healthy! I was set up fot success to take my Chinchilla home with some food and hay that was given to me as well as some reading material about Chinchillas.
