Just finished my ~8-month rental of a 10 x 19 unit at Stor-U-Self in Woburn. As far as facilities go, they were both clean and secure. We never worried about the safety of our items, nor our own personal safety when visiting the facility. The facility is also following COVID protocols and we felt safe accessing our belongings during the pandemic. What really sets Stor-U-Self apart from the competition, however, is the customer service. Every interaction with Stor-U-Self employees was delightful and Geno and Chris went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our time at Stor-U-Self Woburn. Those two (and the rest of the company, I am sure) do their best to please customers. I highly recommend their services and if I am in need of storage again, I will gladly return. The Woburn facility is spotless, secure and intelligently laid out for easy access. The staff is request responsive and actually strive to know their customers by name. Good value + uncommon service = Highly recommended.
