Bonfils Blood Center

I got my blood drawn here about a week ago and it was super easy! Everything was relatively fast and mostly painless. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because one of the staffmembers was very dry and kind of rude. Everyone else was wonderful!

I donated for the first time today and I could not have had a better experience than I did. The entire staff, but especially Hannah, were incredibly professional, gently and thorough. I have been told by any doctor I've been to that I'm a "tough stick" and getting blood drawn or IVs inserted have always been painful. But Hannah easily found a vein and it was all done in less than 10 minutes! I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Everything was wiped down throughout my visit by the staff and I felt very safe during my visit. I'll absolutely be back.

Very kind, caring, and competent staff. I can actually say that I had fun during my blood draw and will now make it part of my routine to get in whenever I can. Comfortable chairs, snacks and drinks, and every donor in there was smiling and happy.

Excellent staff and care! Expect a whole blood donation to take about 45 minutes. Hydrate, eat good, and take a walk before your donation and it should be easy! Thank you for helping others!!
