I worked with Kelly for several months starting in 2019 through mid-2020. In fact, if I had not have moved, I would still be working with her! Kelly’s services were a tremendous gift to me. She helped me to better understand my issues and better yet, how to treat them in healthy ways. I’ve carried over much of her guidance. Without a doubt, her guidance has helped me to create healthier eating habits and set me up for success in the future.
