Excellent customer service. I received frequent text messages on the progress of the repairs and a completion date. My car was ready as promised.

They collaborate with Enterprise car rental was provided a service to drop off and pick up the rental car at Caliber Collision.

After my car finally arrived at the shop (which was no fault of theirs) I couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. Lauryn was absolutely amazing and fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Lauryn is simply the best in my opinion. Kudos to her and the staff that work here!

They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. They were profess and courteous and completed the work as promised. This was an insurance claim and Caliber was recommended by the insurance company. There were no issues after the service and I was very satisfied.

Dealing with anything related to car service or repair can be stressful and frustrating but my entire experience with Caliber was great. Customer service was excellent and I was informed about the status throughout the repair. Everything was finished on time and my car was returned clean inside and out. The repairs look great and my car is good as new.
