Ford's World Travel

I have had the pleasure of using the services of Fords World Travel for several years. I have used other agencies, but they just didn't have the service and knowledge of other agencies. I have found in our years of service when a person writes they were "Treated Horribly" it was because of them and NOT the services they wanted from the firm or its staff. I could not be in their position trying to handle and be polite to someone who is demanding and complaining for some unrealistic demands of the customer. I have seen customers scream and hell their stateroom was interior, and I remember then when they had booked a cruise the agent was asking them if they knew the meaning of an inside stateroom, and couldn't be bothered look at the stateroom, because they knew all the answers. In case they were returning from a recent cruise and were screaming about their stateroom lacked not even a port hole. Therefor when I read "Treated Horribly" I understand perfectly who was at fault.

We used this company a couple of times and then had a major problem with a trip that was booked back home with another company by a family member. Ford's stepped in and solved all the issues (and there were many!). They did so without any compensation from us but I can tell you family, friends and everyone we meet hears how this company stepped up to the plate when we needed them. Needless to say, they are now not only handling OUR travel exclusively, but our family's travel back home as well. Great value and great personal service!

Outstanding travel agency. I have worked with Dan for four years on several trips and have always been delighted with the results. Dan takes the time to understand our interests, needs, and, importantly, our quirks. Not once has anything gone wrong that he, or his staff been in control of.
