    My recent experience was amazing! Terrie is fantastically knowledgeable, patient and took complete ownership of ensuring the customer service was excellent. The delivery team handled everything with great care, were friendly, and offered helpful tips on assembly. Love The Brick Windsor.

    We recently purchased yet another piece of furniture, this time a blanket bench from Tiger at the Brick on Provincial Rd and we could not be happier with the above & beyond service we always receive from him. He is just a text message away and responds instantly, even on his days off. His customer service and happy demeaner, make every visit/purchase a memorable experience and I cannot say enough positive things about him. See for yourself, reach out to Tiger on your next purchase, you will not be sorry. Even if you find the same item elsewhere, they will price match it and beat it, so there would be no reason to go anywhere else.

    We had a wonderful experience at The Brick today! Susan was so friendly and helped us find the perfect entertainment unit. We also met Richard the manager who not only helped on the floor but also helped with the unit when I picked it up. He went out of his way to make us feel like important customers and helped make our purchase and pick up easy and quick. We hadn't been to The Brick in many years but after today's amazing service from Susan and Richard, we will definitely be back. We absolutely love the unit we purchased, great price and very unique as compared to all of the other furniture stores!

    I've been to almost every single furniture store in Windsor and I always come back to The Brick, specifically for salesman Anmar (Tiger). We know we're getting the best deals and options from an honest person. He has been so helpful and has saved us tons of money furnishing our new house. I would highly recommend.
