From start to finish I had such a great experience with Robert Gwynn at Nashville Toyota North. I called Robert on a Thursday and drove 7 hours, all the way from Florida, to pick up my new Sienna on Saturday. Robert made the entire process easy and painless and even helped me unload all of my luggage from my old vehicle to my new one. Would highly recommend Robert and Nashville Toyota North! Great service helping me with my new car purchase. Radna Wilson was an excellent product specialist. She answered all of my questions regarding the cars I was interested in, listened to my concerns and never made me feel pressured to buy. She was honest and candid in her responses. When I did decide to buy, she was very quick and efficient and made the buying process easy. She made sure I fully understood all the features in my new car before I left the dealership.
