Mary, the director is extremely professional and assessed our uncle's health care needs to develop a customized plan of care. Mary has numerous responsibilities but she always responded to our inquiries and provided recommendations, helpful tips, resources, and supplies regarding our uncle's health needs. Mary and her staff were extremely flexible especially with our uncle's various medical and treatment appointments. Our uncle passed away but we were truly fortunate to have Archangel with our Uncle Tony and family every step of the way. We were given the call that in 48 hours our Dad would be discharged. My partner and I are in our early 20's with no experience in anything relating to "caregiving," let alone caregiving for our Dad in hospice who suffered a stroke that left him bedbound. We started to panic since we knew that it was absolutely necessary to have a professional there with us when he arrived, but with such a short notice I didn't know if it was possible, let alone it being possible under our budget. Archangel Care Services has provided extremely professional and personally curated services for my family. Mary, who is the owner, arrived at the home herself to ensure that we could hash out details face to face in order to make sure both parties were satisfied. Mary got us what we needed including staff for a few holidays and overnight shifts! I work crazy hours. So it was important to have flexible staff at reasonable pricing. Before going with Archangel, I contacted a few agencies. They couldn't (or wouldn't) provide what we needed without trying to bust my budget.

As for staffing. Everybody is nice. If you can get Julius, J.R, or Khrystine, even better!
