Tsujita LA Artisan Noodles

Yummmmmmmmmmy! One of the best ramen restaurants in LA for real. The dipping noodles were delicious in the broth. The spring egg’s got a great texture and melts in my mouth. The pork fat melts in my mouth as well. Oh my god. So good. 5 stars 100%

Went to this Noodle shop from recommendation from a you tube video.

This was our first time here and we wanted a nice hot bowel of noodles/ramen, because it was quite cool outside that evening.

We were so hungry and we both ordered Charlie tsukemen by mistake. The cold noodles were thick and delicious. The slices of pork belly are amazing as well. The broth was a hot dipping broth in a separate bowl, also tasted good.

We both decided to dump the dipping sauce all over the noodles bowl to in order to avoid having to dip the noodles each time we took a bite to eat.

This combination was still good, but not what we wanted on the chilly evening.

Next time I am going to order the spicy ramen with level 3 heat. That way I know we have ordered something served steaming hot. The normal way we like or orders.

A restaurant I should visit more often! I went to order the Tsukemen (dipping ramen) and I loved it. The noodles were nice and thick while the broth had a very delicious taste with a nice fragrance and an egg to add to the meal. I also had some peach juice to drink which I also liked. The workers were also extremely nice and kind to me which improved the experience even more.

By far our favorite ramen place right now. It's an amazing taste at a great value. The artisan Ramen taste really comes through as well as the unique qualities of their handcrafted ramen. Only a few items in the menu but when food is this good you really don’t need much.

This restaurant is surely one of the coolest place in the neighborhood. Anytime I go there I am deeply glad. They maintain their high standard service and the topmost level of meals they offer. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.
