I'd never really used a travel agent before and I can't say enough good things about working with Lori at Prestige Travel Vacations.

Before COVID hit, she helped me plan and book everything for my son and my first cruise. She sent me information on some of the best excursions and dealt with the folks at each location to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure the timing was just right. She even took some messages from me on the ship while we're out at sea and helped to take care of a problem that came up due to ship time changes.

Recently, I decided to take a father-son road trip with my son to go see a band we both love in two different cities back to back and reached out to Lori to help book the hotels. Again she did another fabulous job finding us a place at the best price and closest to the venue we were going to be attending.

I'm hoping once things really begin to open up globally to have Lori book me that Mediterranean vacation I've always wanted to take.

We booked an Alaskan cruise/land tour with Lori for July 2020 departure.
