Every time You come to the gym you feel welcome by everyone there, you are not judged by anyone, everyone there will answer any questions you have. The staff are there to help you with anything, they are the most helpful and kind people you will ever meet.

This place has helped me a lot with my physical fitness and the owner Dan is such a great guy he always asks how we are and he really does care not only about the business but the members too it’s just a great community and they are so welcoming.

I'm so happy I joined! I started in January and have felt so good about myself and my progress since. I even kept working out during the shut down thanks to their online classes. Now that we are back the in person classes are again wonderful and really push me. I've even built up the courage to use some of the weight machines on my own, pretty soon I'll try the free weights!

The team is friendly and super positive, they make everyone feel welcome! The space and equipment are super clean. I totally recommend!
