Great service. It took exactly the amount of time to complete as estimated. The appointment was easy to schedule. Nice waiting area with TV, WiFi, and most important - Starbucks coffee. I am always hesitant to take my car in for service. I feel like a great service technician is always hard to come by. Being someone who isn't familiar with how cars work mechanically, I am always on edge while receiving vehicle service. I always expect the worst but hope for the best. That being said, let me tell you House of Imports Service Department has exceeded my expectation. Jeff Chung provides a service like no other. Every time I have a concern Jeff immediately provides assistance, not just service assistance but even answering his phone to answer a basic question, "how do I put my back seats down?" Jeff genuinely cares about his clients and this is extremely transparent in the quality of service he provides. This type of service feels obsolete. It's always refreshing and motivating to see a professional enjoy what he is doing! Thanks Jeff for providing such a wonderful experience and I can't wait to do more business with you.

Fast, honest and friendly service. Andrew, my service manager, was in constant communication with me. I appreciated the fact that I wasn’t urged to get unnecessary work done on my GLS but was provided information on what might need to be addressed on my next service. It’s been a great experience from purchase to getting my car serviced here. I will definitely continue to do business with them moving forward. Although I’m still waiting for my free Mercedes hat from my salesperson 😂
