Since I moved to Indiana, I have only been seen traditional medicine doctors who offered me no solutions to my problems. The medications I have been given instead of making me feel better, damaged some organs in my body. These medications were poisoning me instead of curing me. I come from a country where I used homeopathic medicine to treat myself and my daughters.

I started working with Ed, at Essence for Wellness at a time when I felt that everything was wrong with my body and mind. I didn't feel well, my hair was falling in large volume, my cholesterol and sugar were very high.

Ed really paid attention to my complaints, requested exams, after that, he put me on a diet program specific for me and started me on some supplements. Ed carefully explained every steps of the treatment.

My hair stopped falling out, my mood and memory changed radically. I no longer feel blotted and my joint pains are gone.

We are still working on my hormones and I’m taking some supplements needed for the replacement of some minerals and vitamins that I need.
I feel happy and very satisfied!

WOW!!!! Exactly! This is the only word/expression that I can think of when I think about my 90 Day Total Transformation Discovery Program and 14-Day Detox. What a program!!!!

I was a little skeptical beforehand; I was sort of postponing my Day 1, but Luzia is phenomenal, and she conducts the process with such professionalism and positivity that, after the first session, you think: “Ok, what was I afraid of? Why did I waste so much time?

Each session is a discovery about yourself, and each session gives you more power over your relationship with food and your choices. Yes, because we always have a choice, and Luzia teaches us in a manner that you learn for good!

It’s not easy, but it’s completely doable and rewarding in all aspects, your body, your life, you and food (the eternal battle :), and the most important thing in my opinion: the discovery of yourself.

Luzia makes you understand that this is not only a program. It is a journey, and a journey never ends; so, the tools you acquire during the program will always be with you!
