I called Precision Plumbing and talked to Sara the very first time and it was to check my Water Heater as the water was getting cold faster and they adjusted my thermostat. Now works great. Then had to call another time due to a terrible smell in the Kitchen and Sara got me in fast to fix the problem. It took 3 different times to figure out what was causing the problem but Sara would work me in very fast. I appreciate all the hard work to get the smell out of my Kitchen. I appreciate Sara, Eric and Richard as they are Fantastic at what they do!!!! Now I have a New Sink and Faucet as they went beyond the call of duty!! They care about you and they are very professional.
I will definitely use them again.

Called on Tuesday afternoon for appointment and Plumber was available next morning whoohoo ! Eric arrived was professional and courteous replaced my toilet in an efficient manner and cleaned up so I could go about my day.

I work with these guys and they are quick to take care of our clients, even late night emergency calls. The Plumbers are friendly and knowledgeable. Our company keeps a vendor agreement on file with them for a good reason. Wouldn’t want anyone else sending a handyman out to do a plumbers job.
