My kids have been going here for a couple of years. The owner is always reliable, courteous & friendly. He volunteers at the local schools teaching safety & simple self defense to the kids. He offers both child & adult instruction at his Kyle location. The helpers/instructors working with him are always friendly & work well with the kids. If you're looking for a great place to get in shape or boost your self confidence, here's your place! It's good for the whole family!

It's a great dojo for getting into shape and learn self-defense techniques, and I've been training there for about 3 to 4 years. I really enjoy how Sifu James Sparks and the fellow instructors trained me and the fellow students in Jeet Kune Do and the Chinese martial arts!

I recently visited the dojo to support my grandson at his belt test. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted with a smile and a friendly, "Hello!" Looking around, I was impressed by the layout and decor of the establishment. Overall, it was a great atmosphere.

As I watched the belt test process, I was also very happy to see that Sifu James Sparks not only tests his students on martial arts knowledge and skills, he also emphasizes qualities such as respect, honesty, and hard work. This is amazing! I am very pleased with what I saw, as well as my grandsons hard work and achievements both in his martial arts abilities and his overall growth in his understanding and display of qualities like respect and hard work.

This has been such a positive experience for both my boys & I !!! As a family we all get to benefit from being around a wonderful community of helpful , supportive & caring people . As individuals we are gaining skills & new levels & elements of self esteem & empowerment to reach new goals in our life ahead !!! We feel so blessed to have found such a rewarding experience ~ Thank You so much for everything ~ helping to shape so many lives positively ~
