If you want to order from Golden Chick invest in this location and order from them only not the one off of MacArthur. My grandmother ordered from the one off of MacArthur today and instead of giving her what she ordered they shorted her on some of her order and offered no solution other than for her to come inside and pick up the rest of her order that she ordered through doordash or to call corporate. I went to this location and they said my grandmother shouldn't have been treated the way she was. So I went ahead and ordered some more rolls and gravy from this location because I didn't want to drive to the other location and chance them putting something in the food when it wasn't even our fault that the food wasn't delivered.

Im a very difficult fit, Julie was able to absolutely nail it with out missing a beat, Aaron always called a day prior to confirm my appointments and was very welcoming. Over all great experience and very professional with out a doubt. THEY DESERVE A RAISE. I will continue to make the two hour drive from home
